Coral Call Billing Software - 'CBS' is not merely a  call accounting tool but it  performs a variety of MIS functions which help the user in decision making  regarding communication costs.   1. Generation of standard call accounting report ECBS can generate standard call accounting reports for all out-going calls, in currency terms, such as;

    a. Extension wise report
    b. Trunk wise report
    c. Department wise report
    d. Company wise report
    e. Account code wise report
    f. Authorisation code wise report

  2. Coral CBS can also generate useful information with following MIS reports

    a.
      City wise call report e.g. how many calls were made in the specified period to  a specific city.

    b. After Office hours calls : Generates reports on  the calls made after pre-specified period every day.

    c. Report on frequently called numbers

    d.  Expensive call report - This report gives calls exceeding a certain value in currency terms.

    e. Report on peak day of the week which tells you which day of the week is the busiest in terms of call traffic. Similarly it can also analyze the busiest day of the month and busiest hour of the day. These reports are extremely useful in analyzing call traffic especially in call center environment. Coral CBS also generates Real Time reports giving the user on-line information on call traffic.
  3. Some of the important information which is generated on real time basis is as follows;

    a. Real Time Call  Status Display :  displays on the Screen  which extension and / or trunk is busy - an extremely useful tool for the operator

    b. Real time alarms for the thresholds defined: This real time screen generates visual alarms if the defined thresholds are exceeded e.g.

           i.  Call time threshold - if a particular call is extended beyond the defined
               time
          ii.  Call value threshold - if a particular call exceeds the defined limit in 
               currency terms
          iii.  Call Traffic Threshold - If the number of trunk lines   used for a 
                particular moment exceeds the number defined in
                the threshold.

Coral CBS reports are flexible in nature and the columns can be sorted and / or merged for easy and quick viewing

Reports can also be generated in 2 D and 3 D format in the form of bar and pie charts.
