Coral Call on-line is a mini customer
Relationship Management (CRM) software that gives complete
information of the caller on the users PC even before the call is
picked up. An extremely useful tool for personal laptops of
senior managers in service oriented industries or small call
centers where customer information can be popped up before talking
to the customer. Coral Call On Line can also act as
a mini preview dialer. This extremely powerful but affordable

- Mini CRM Interface : CCOL also displays this screen to
the user which besides giving caller information which is listed
in the data base, also allows the user to input information while
the call is on. The information thus fed by the user will be
always displayed until overwritten. This information can also be
transferred to another PC if the user transfers the call. This
screen can be customized as per clients application and is thus
very useful in mini call center environments. Information entered

- Short Messaging Service(SMS)
Just
like a mobile phone the CCOL interface allows the user to send SMS
information to other users of the CCOL on the LAN. A SMS indicator
icon on the interface indicates the receipt of the SMS. CCOL
interface also allows the user to reply, dial out, scroll and
broadcasts SMS information to all users of CCOL with one computer
network.

CCOL can also be
used as a mini preview dialer with following
features
a) Option to Dial Out Internal as well as
external numbers. b) Dial Out directly from Contacts Book,
Missed Calls or SMS interfaces. c) Option to Dial Out the
number instantly or to in the background. d) Option to
specify the number of retry attempts. e) Option to Queue
multiple numbers in the Dial Out list and view their online
status.

- Reminders
CCOL has a built-in
reminder manager, which reminds the user of important
appointments/meetings by way of a screen-pop-up at the designated
time.
The other features of the reminder module

a) Option to view/enter reminders
time-wise/day-wise/month-wise. b) Option to classify and
color-code the reminders as Event/Meeting/Vacation or
Others. c) Instant screen pop-up of the reminder at the
designated time.
