Coral AMS Coral Agent Management Software (AMS) is call center management software, which proactively monitors the performance of agents in a call center. Coral AMS is just not a reporting tool, it also gives information on Real Time basis of activity on the agents' floor. Coral AMS also can be used as a forecasting tool to plan out how many agents are required for a smooth flow of call traffic.
2. Coral CAP Computerised Attendant Position (CAP) is a PC based Console to assist the operator receive and transfer calls with the click of a button. Coral CAP offers the operator a variety of user friendly features making call handling extremely simple even in a high traffic environment. It is a Windows based package allowing user a lot of flexibility for customization of the screen as per the typical needs of the organization.
3. Coral CBS Coral Call Billing Software - 'CBS' is not merely a call accounting tool but it performs a variety of MIS functions which help the user in decision making regarding communication costs. 4. Coral CCOL Coral Call on-line is a mini customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that gives complete information of the caller on the users PC even before the call is picked up. Coral Call On Line can also act as a mini preview dialler. 5. Coral ITDF Integrated Test and Diagnostic Function - Coral ITDF is a PC based external software developed by Coral's in-house R & D to test and diagnose the health of extension of IRIS. Its diagnostic functions help the user to locate line and port faults without manual checking. This increases the uptime of the system by shortening the trouble shooting process. Besides this ITDF also has a fault reporting and tracking module which carries out the complete complaint management job.
