SBDX - Small business Digital EPABX is Coral Telecom's innovative approach towards  research and development  and its constant effort to develop better EPABX.  It is the smallest digital, ISDN exchange available, packed with all the Dx 2000 features plus a lot more. It fulfills all the requirements such as GSM connectivity.

   SBDX - Digital EPABX Features -

1. GSM port with Least cost routing: SBDX is GSM compatible, just insert your SIM card and your system at office and/or at home is mobile. It is intelligent enough to route all calls to other mobiles numbers through its GSM port thus saving on cost.

2. Fully functional Voice mail: Fully functional 48 box Voice mail system with a built in 9 level voice guidance.  Fairdeal Infosystems provides this totally in-skin device at a surprisingly low  and  affordable price! You can create your own greeting messages, check and delete messages and conditionally divert your call to your mail box. All this comes with a password protection for security.

3. CLI based routing: This ensures that your calls always land on your extension, then may it be from your overseas client or your wife or even your secret girlfriend. This ensures convenience, efficiency along with saving of time and of-course costs.

4. Calling Line Identification: Captures CLI from both analog and digital trunks and display it on ordinary analog CLI phones. CLI is retained throughout the duration of the call and gets transferred along with the call to the receiving extension. A feature available only in high end PBX's.

5. Smart Switch: Provides one action port or smart switch  which can be used to operate any device such as an airconditioner or a door lock. You can activate the smart switch from a remote location or even from your mobile, using a secure password

6. Call Buffer: Offers an incoming call buffer to record details of 500 calls while the standard outgoing call buffer is for 2700 calls. Apart from the above it supports CTI for call center applications, HMS/PMS integration's, computerized attendant functionality and Graphical User Interface based programming software.

8. Virtual Accounts - Company can give an individual A/C code to each person in your company. While dialling out side he/she has to dial the a/c code & then only can get the access for outward call. This a/c code will also get reflected on your PC or in your Printouts.

9. External Call Forwarding - One can divert his individual extension to his mobile or any landline, so that all the calls on his ext. can get diverted where ever he / she will be.

10. Power On Maintenance - In case of any problem in the system SBDX eng. don't have to switch off the system for a single minute. Eng. can do his work with out switching off the system.

11. Important Liner Trunk Selection - Customer can make use of all free calls if he programs this feature in the system.
